  • Bito’s passion for architecture began early, leading him to study at Veritas University and later earning a Bachelor of Architecture at the Academy of Art University in San Francisco, where he was honored for academic excellence. He started his career at LDA Architects, where he led BIM implementation, showcasing his dedication to innovation and design efficiency.

    At Modus Design Build, Bito integrates his expertise in architecture, interior design, general contracting, and graphic design to provide a seamless design-build experience. His holistic approach—from concept through construction—ensures solutions that balance aesthetics and functionality. Known for building strong client relationships through trust, creativity, and reliability, many of his clients return or refer others. His local market insight combined with West Coast design influences positions Modus Design Build as a leading firm serving Charlotte, Pinehurst, and the wider North Carolina area.

    Additionally, as a licensed realtor, Bito leverages his comprehensive skill set to support clients through both the design-build process and real estate transactions.
