Bito's interest in the built environment began early, leading him to study at Veritas University and later earn a Bachelor of Architecture at the Academy of Art University in San Francisco, where he was honored for academic excellence.
He began his career at LDA Architects, a licensed architecture firm, where he led BIM implementation, and helped through all the phases of design, reflecting his focus on innovation and design efficiency.
At Modus Design Build, Bito brings together building design, interior design, general contracting, and graphic design to deliver a seamless design-build experience. His holistic approach, from concept through construction, produces solutions that balance aesthetics and function.
Known for building client relationships through trust, creativity, and reliability, many of his clients return or refer others. His local market knowledge, combined with West Coast, South and Central America design influence, positions Modus Design Build to serve Charlotte, Pinehurst, and the wider North Carolina area.
As a licensed North Carolina real estate broker with Real Broker, LLC (NC RE License #362476), Bito supports clients through both the design-build process and their real estate transactions.
He holds a Bachelor of Architecture and Associate AIA membership; he is not a licensed architect, but when required, he works hand by hand with the required licensed professionals.

He has since led a broad range of projects across the United States and Latin America, including residential communities, commercial developments, and mixed-use urban planning.
Fabio’s professional journey began with a strong foundation in design strategy and technical execution, which evolved into a career focused on project feasibility, value engineering, and team leadership.
Known for his ability to manage complex developments from early concept to final delivery, he has consistently delivered results through hands-on involvement and cross-disciplinary coordination. His focus on efficiency, buildability, and long-term value has made him a trusted advisor to clients, investors, and design teams alike.

He holds an Associate AIA membership; he is not a licensed architect in the US, but has deep experience managing licensed professionals to produce the right results.
